This amended 2009 MODU Code can be utilized for any MODU complying with the 2009 Code, but
particular attention needs to be paid to the aforementioned note for the amendments
implemented on 1 January 2020.
For MODUs constructed (keel laid or similar stage of construction) on or after 1 January 2012, but
prior to 1 January 2020, see our Pre-2020 Edition of the 2009 MODU Code that incorporates all
amendments except those applicable to MODUs constructed on or after 1 January 2020.
